Afremov’s work is politically neutral and usually reflects certain personal memorises and emotions through the bright blende paint colours in which he uses. The fusion of colour in which is used within Leonid Afremov’s masterpiece enabled the viewing audience to have the opportunity to spend time in these luxurious autumnal cities without moving their eyes from his work. His paintings seem to slow down time, letting the audiences enjoy the precious details of each individual city shown that are defined in mesmerizing colours which creates energy and texture. His work simply shows the beauty of the world in a way in which we have not seen before. The bright colours are what have drawn me towards being a fan of Afremov’s work and I hope to produce work nearly as bold as his in my artistic future.
